Introducing Parenting Astrology School 

Parenting Astrology School is an intimate, 7-week online course to help you use your natal chart, parts work, and somatic tools for healing, while understanding your nervous system. 

Parenting astrology works with your natal chart and the unique makeup of your nervous system. We incorporate astrology, internal family systems psychotherapy, and the polyvagal theory of the nervous system to create a toolkit of resources perfectly designed for your unique nervous system and natal chart.

I'm a certified astrologer and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed coach. 

I believe in a holistic approach to living and integrate my knowledge of holistic living, the Polyvagal theory of the nervous system, and the IFS method of psychotherapy into everything I teach.
